Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Create & manage all reporting dashboards supporting team push/in-app campaign deployments, helping deliver analytics across multiple properties to support the strategic initiatives of the Customer Growth & Retention team
Work cross-functionally to define Key Performance Indicators & forecast performance for all new campaigns & optimizations using Adobe Analytics
Troubleshoot & debug analytics implementation as required to ensure all campaign performance data is accurate
Deliver clear and actionable data-driven recommendations to improve/optimize the MyTELUS customer experience to improve & automate app campaigns
Support development & deployment of push notification/in-app campaign as required through careful coordination of all requirements with development & design. (including but not limited to QA support of customer experience)
Ensure data integrity & documentation of tracking standards across all platforms (web & app)
Support ad-hoc reporting requests for Customer Growth & Retention team
Requirements
Expert proficiency in Adobe Analytics Suite.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including strong communication & presentation experience.
Quick learner who can solve problems and loves to create scalable solutions.
