Description and Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Personally engage with customers as a senior operational leader: understand customer business issues and lead global teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings.
Accountable for increasing organic program revenue, managing margin, and other KPIs.
Work with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery.
Track and monitor the performance of global delivery teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Language studies/ Management / Human Resources.
2-5 years experience in Sourcing/Recruitment managing roles.
Global experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key requirements for this role.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills – targets will be measured at both the individual and group level.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets.
Experience working in recruitment is a distinct advantage.
Excellent English skills and strong written communication skills.
Social Media Channels knowledge and experience.
