IT Security, Security Analyst III (Policy & Governance)

About the role:

The position identifies, revises, creates, and develops policies in relation to the global security group for TI, demonstrate a degree of flexibility in analyzing and resolving complex problems.

The candidate must identify and resolve highly complex or specialized issues that may require process improvement. The position requires to have the capability of delivering innovation that creates a competitive advantage for your organization/business unit.


Responsibilities:

Review and revise existing policies at an enterprise level.

Accept recommendations and requirements from global security towers and adapt best practices.

Assist and coordinate with policy & governance leadership on any governance process  or recommendations for use by TI.

Creating new policies to ensure information security and timeliness for TI as necessary.

Communication and training execution on updated and newly created policies.

Measure historical data to see effectiveness of new and updated policies vs previous releases.

Serve as a communications medium for all policy and governance related matters globally.

  • English B2: 

• Oral and written comprehension

  • Excellent Writing and Spelling - Intermediate

Studies & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, preferably in business administration,BS  Statistics  or related careers - Desirable

  • Yellow Belt Six Sigma is a plus.
