Description and Requirements
As a Senior Business Analyst, your goal is to determine forward looking productivity trending, based on historical Sales Data, and support Sales Leadership, and Sales Team Management with actionable data-driven insights.
You will do this by:
- Developing Sales Reporting Packages
- Leveraging BI tools
- SalesForce Automation to support Funnel Management
- Sales Forecasting
- Target Monitoring
- Conversion Rates
- Funnel Velocity
- Other key KPIs
- Driving work effort by working cross-functionally with project key stakeholders, and supporting projects related to the evolution of SFDC
- Supporting Annual Budget Planning, and Revenue Forecasting
You are the kind of person who is/has:
- Strong proficiency in a Tech Stack, that includes: Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and BI Tools such as Tableau
- Experience with SQL, Python, Teradata and SAS preferred
- Able to effectively manage stakeholders building relationships to establish cross functional alignment for projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Well versed in stakeholder communication, storytelling, and presenting to diverse audiences while tailoring your message
- Experience in expanding and developing new Operational Models around opportunity management, and internal Sales Processes
- Experience in knowing how to prime the tracking of joint bids between different Sales Teams, including detailed tracking of Quota Retirement, Budget Retirement, and other nuances
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience with the ITO industry an asset
