Description and Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as Technical Support (Computer Software and/or Hardware troubleshooting) 

Additional Job Description

  • Familiar in using Active Directory 
  • Knowledgeable in using VDI Environment 
  • Knowledgeable in applications support 
  • Basic knowledge in vSphere MS Windows Operating System troubleshooting is a must 
  • Good communication skills in speaking and writing 
  • Familiar in using Google Suites 
  • Can work with less supervision Willing to work in shifting schedules 
  • Familiarity with cloud computing is a plus but not required 
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Networking 
  • Basic knowledge with Virtual Machines and Virtualization 
  • Must have basic knowledge in thinapp, application deployment, roles/permissions 
  • Familiarity with working in a Domain environment
