Position Summary

Dedicated GEM Sr.  Analyst for TELUS responsible for driving process improvements for multiple concurrent projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Responsible for facilitating training of Lean Six Sigma methodology and mentoring the training candidates to success.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Identify business process gaps and opportunities for LSS project execution

• Expand projects with local scope to global scope whenever possible

• Responsible for facilitating training of Lean Six Sigma methodology and mentoring the training candidates to success.

Required skills + qualities

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

• Project Management + experience leading projects

• Advanced Analytical and Quantitative skills

• Understanding of Call Centre Business (strategy, KPIs)

• Training facilitation – adapting training to different levels and project
