Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Personally engage with customers as a senior operational leader: understand customer business issues and lead global teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings.

  • Accountable for increasing organic program revenue, managing margin, and other KPIs.

  • Work with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery.

  • Track and monitor the performance of global delivery teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Language studies/ Management / Human Resources.

  • 2-5 years experience in Sourcing/Recruitment managing roles.

  • Global experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key requirements for this role.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – targets will be measured at both the individual and group level.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets.

  • Experience working in recruitment is a distinct advantage.

  • Excellent English skills and strong written communication skills.

  • Social Media Channels knowledge and experience.
