Description:
- Lead the Daily Scrum and other key ceremonies for Agile Development teams
- 8-10 years of Scrum experience
- Be a leader and facilitator of team meetings, decision-making and support the scrum process while getting the most out of teams.
- Actively guide the team to deliver to committed deadlines.
- The Scrum Master will be a key member providing project management expertise and managing the delivery of part of a large project or a small to medium project, acting independently to deliver projects to schedule, budget and scope.
- This position will be responsible for working with Enterprise Product Management scrum teams to deliver key products/components for our customers, following agile principles.
- The Scrum Master plans and conducts agile ceremonies to support the successful delivery of system changes prioritized by the customer.
- Support the team on project deliverables and ensure project deliverables are signed off by Program Manager and/or Director.
- Maintain project plans, monitor costs, manage project risks and create clear and attainable milestones, adjusting the project plan as required to successfully deliver project objectives.
