TELUS International’s IT division is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst. This position is well-suited to a self-starter skilled at stakeholder engagement, and requirements elicitation and analysis, proposing, facilitating and implementing solutions. The BSA will also identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution. The right candidate is also highly organized, uses and champions agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements, strong and clear communicator who pays attention to detail and is comfortable interacting with team members in different roles in various geographic regions and time zones. Travel is however not a requirement of the role. The role is remote anywhere in Canada but preference will be given to candidates in the MST, CST and PST time zones.
