Network Administrator III - Information Technology - Guatemala & El Salvador
The Senior Network Operations Tier 3 Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of network and communication infrastructure to ensure the operation of global networks in order to provide performance and availability for its users, such as staff, customers, and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
As a member of the global network operations projects team you are accountable for: enabling, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing overall communication networks, ensuring the proper functioning of communications, acting as a senior-level network team to other groups and regions, leading network project calls, fulfill and maintain security and confidentiality standards, implement preventive systems. Acts as Level 3 escalation on-site and on-call support within the internal IT Network Operations team for high-severity issues, VIP service requests, in-progress projects, and vendors. Accountable for leading global sustainment operations projects and technology initiatives: ensures activities and milestones of the project delegated to them are achieved in a timely manner, the exercise of exemplary interactions with all internal and external counterparts. Comply with Change Management Process, To assist Network Managers on Change Management Technical Peer review. Provides Support to Global Security Audits acting as POC from Network Team within the Auditor Interviews and evidence asks. Accountable for maintaining our Software Compliance Strategy (IOS/PANOS) up to date, based on: a)Infosec identified vulnerabilities, recommendations b)Vendors identified bugs, issues, and patches. Collaborate with Engineering New Client Launches and new technology projects (tasks), enabling new business and features. Perform other project-related duties as requested by management and perform hardware and software maintenance on network devices/ services.

English B2 - Required

Advanced in managing data and security networking equipment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Advanced in OSPF and BGP dynamic routing protocols.
Advanced knowledge and experience working with PBRs and VRFs.
Advanced skills in troubleshooting network and security issues
Advanced skills in generating and analyzing packet capture.
Advanced knowledge and experience working with NGFW (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or Fortinet)
Advanced Knowledge in Network Monitoring Tools such as Thousand Eyes, Logic Monitor, Meraki Dashboard, or DNA Center.
Intermediate knowledge in managing WIFI Infrastructure (Cisco or Meraki or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as GCP and AWS.
Basic knowledge of QoS and Traffic shaping.
Basic knowledge of automation (Ansible and Python)
Proficient in creating Low and High-level network diagrams
Proficient in using Google Suite
Studies & Experience:
Bachelor in Systems, Computer Science or equivalent - Desirable
Network Certification Cisco CCNA, CCNP (mandatory)
Palo Alto PCNSA (desirable), PCNSE (desirable)
3 years of network or security administrator or equivalent IT operations environment - Required
