Job Description


  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or associate degree.
  • Must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 7 months of call center experience

Step 1 - Remote Online application and Initial Assessment via the Career Portal. When you apply only online, you will receive the link on your personal email.  

Step 2 - HR Final Interview (30 minutes)

Step 3 - Online Examination & Account Specific Exam (20 mins to 1 hour) - No Versant or Berlitz on the assessments but it has a short Verbal Assessment on the system.

Step 4 - Final Operations Interview (30 mins)

Step 5 - HR Orientation and Contract Signing (2 Hours) 

Requirements for Contract Signing:

  • 1 digitized SSS document (E1 / E4 Form, verification slip, a printout of online contribution, employee static information, loan voucher)
  • 1 proof of TIN (TIN ID, any validated BIR form, verification slip, a screenshot of e-TIN from website)
  • 1 proof of Philhealth (Philhealth ID / Philhealth members data record form or MDF)
  • 1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs
  • Primary IDs: SSS / GSIS / UMID, passport, driver's license, PRC / IBP, AFP ID
  • Secondary IDs: postal ID, TIN ID, Philhealth ID, voter's ID, police clearance
  • 2 pcs 1x1 ID photo
  • NBI clearance or NBI receipt (valid only if stamped with an official release date)
  • Proof of tenure (COE, payslips, clearance form, BIR 2316 Form for 1 full year)
