Description and Requirements
TELUS International is looking for a QA examiner to join the AI team in Costa Rica.
The QA examiner is responsible for the production process evaluation to ensure that final delivery meets the customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify, investigate and audit production process and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.
- Design, create and establish a QA control checklist.
- Study and review all production steps and other processing data to ensure QA controls.
- Ensure high quality standards at all levels of operations.
- Develop, monitor and track QA data and process improvements.
- Assist and support teams in conducting QA audits and inspections.
- Research, study, evaluate and advice on all QA controls and procedures for further improvements.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
