TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for a passionate and result-driven Reporting Analyst!

Specific Responsibilities May Include:

  • Compile and review data from a variety of sources and interpret and analyze data and trends across a variety of contact center metrics
  • Assemble and prepare data, create representative charts and graphs using Google Sheets, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data Studio and maintain statistical reports used in management decision-making
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports & business reviews to include various breakouts of metrics by channel, drivers, teams, etc.
  • Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources. Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to organizational success/profitability and meeting client expectations
  • Partner with the management team to understand business trends and assess business strategies by providing fact-based information. Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity.  Monitor, evaluate, and assess unit productivity on a daily basis; Through observation of campaign/company practices, determine what both individuals and departments can do to be more effective
  • Communicate to the management on a daily basis to review accuracy and resolve related problems
  • Handle various ad hoc requests within tight deadlines

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • 1+ years in a role with significant reporting and analysis experience
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Proficiency with Google Docs applications and the ability to learn to navigate new tools and dashboards
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to self-initiate follow-up, work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and foster ownership, innovation, and collaboration within a team

Preferred Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • 1+ year in a role within a call center environment
  • Previous experience with Google Sheets
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Access)
  • Associate Degree or some college
