TELUS International is looking for transcribers!
You will be working on the international aspects of an artificial intelligence (AI) tool, and improve its ability to understand and respond to the user accurately. Work will take place in a secured and monitored area in our office in Dublin. A day in the life of a Transcriber
As a Transcriber you will be listening to different audios and working with prefilled transcriptions, if needed you might be working as well with not prefilled transcriptions and completing basic linguistic consultancy tasks for the target language. You will need to have great attention to details to spot that capital letters, spelling, grammar, punctuation etc. is correct.

As part of the Transcribers team, you might get involved in many different projects, such as audio transcription, annotation & categorization of words, timestamping, or Language content review.
What we NEED you to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English and Norwegian language
- Excellent cultural knowledge of your own native language and country; regular use of the language.
- Good (Advanced) computer skills; comfortable working in a Windows environment.
- Good audio listening and typing skills.
- Organized with attention to detail; ability to closely follow-up instructions, quality standards, and productivity requirements.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have valid permission to work in Ireland.
- Please note remote work is NOT possible.
