Your responsibilities:

  • Expert Support: Develop and execute recruitment/sourcing strategies in line with organizational goals.Oversee sourcing and screening activities to attract top-quality candidates.

  • Leader Support: Lead and guide the recruitment/sourcing team to meet hiring targets effectively. Provide mentorship and support to enhance team members' skills and performance. 

  • Business Impact: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support recruitment efforts. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment/sourcing processes for efficiency. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.

  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.


Your skills:

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for successful recruitment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred.

  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.

  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
