You will do this by:

  • Being responsible for Customer Relationship Management and Account Development
  • Focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Driving business retention and growth through best in class customer engagement
  • In a fast moving and rapidly changing environment you will also manage internal and customer-facing governance strategies; to include regular reviews of service levels and customer satisfaction with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, ownership of internal collaboration strategies to ensure resilient, connected and effective team operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Account Management, Operations, Customer Success or Sales position
  • Experience selling $1M+ contracts in AI, Annotation or similar data training services, Autonomous Vehicles, or Computer Vision
  • Experience working within the Global AI (Machine Learning), Workforce Solutions, Enterprise Software or Saas industries.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • The ability to understand complex technical requirements and suggest custom solutions.
  • The ability to empathize with a customer, understand their pain points and recommend a solution
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Knowledge of business and data analytics
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

Travel Required:

·         Up to 25% annual travel within the United States as needed
