- Welcome and admission of guests and visitors
- Daily communication with clients, partners, suppliers, and staff over the phone and email
- Assisting the process for issuing access cards for new joiners
- Organizing parcel deliveries – courier-related tasks
- Answering inbound calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members
- Assisting teams responsible for event planning and implementation
- Supporting Payroll/Recruitment/Sourcing/HR team
- Assisting all other departments concerning daily activities
- Archiving company documents
- Preparation of meeting rooms for client visits
- Booking hotels, flights, and transport for business trips
- Positive and professional attitude
- Highly self-efficient, energetic, with great communication skills and attention to details
- Excellent English language skills
- At least 1-year of experience in a similar position
- Problem-solving skills and abilities for prioritization
