As a Product Support Specialist with Lithuanian and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
- Assist with product support or troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, or chat
- Confident in navigating through multiple systems and tools to research, comprehend and deliver solutions to customers in real-time
- Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
Requirements:
- Fluent in Lithuanian and have a good knowledge of English language
- Technical knowledge in iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC, or Mac experience
- Desire to help the customers as best as possible and to contribute to the team’s success
- Previous experience in call center will be considered an advantage
