Are you a passionate innovator who enjoys working with clients to build and optimize elegant solutions to some of Artificial Intelligence's most interesting and complex problems? If your answer is yes, then join TELUS International as our next Solutions Architect. Your goal will be to work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, revenue and margin.

You will do this by:

Providing consultative guidance and thought leadership as part of RFI and RFP processes

Driving cross-functional consensus and collaboration internally, including leading critical research efforts internally and externally

Developing presentations, pitches and other key elements of successful proposals in support of our team’s business expansion efforts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in a SaaS or managed services environment including experience with requirements gathering and discovery

Experience working in the AI industry with foundational knowledge of Machine Learning, Human Machine Interaction or Computer Vision

Proficient in Project Management best practices

Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree

Experience working with hyper scalers and start ups

Proficient in cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products

Travel Required:

Up to 25% travel annually (as needed) within the United States
