Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Develop relevant, actionable and professional models and supporting materials to support the sales and operations teams in ongoing pricing negotiations with our largest customers
  • Support the development and execution of TI AI Finance related SOX controls including improving the quality of Balance Sheet and P&L account reconciliations within TI AI
  • Partner with the Workday IT delivery team to ensure planned Workday integrations are delivered in a timely manner
  • Support the revenue recognition process and provide ongoing oversight over the profitability of certain projects managed out of the Tampere Finland location
  • Partner with the head of IT for TI AI to provide ongoing finance support including ensuring all related spend is properly recorded, forecast and budgeted
  • Partner with the relevant business leaders who are accountable for facilities spending for TIAI to ensure the entire AI facilities spend is properly recorded, forecast and budgeted
  • Enhance the monthly management reporting cadence for the AI business by continuing to develop and improve KPI reports to drive accountability for spend vs. forecast and budget and drive the continued growth of the TI AI business
  • Provide finance support for TI AI Acquisition Inc. and TI AI Holding Inc. legal entities including providing finance support to the end-to-end payroll process for US based employees
  • Provide ongoing support to the TI Head Office finance team in the implementation of new processes to simplify, standardize and streamline intercompany accounting both within the AI group of companies and the rest of the TI organization. 
  • Manage the federal 1099 filing requirements for all US based crowd worker payments

  • Professional Accountant with 15 years progressively senior experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and processes to ensure practical and comprehensive controls over financial reporting
  • Extensive experience preparing forecasts and budgets and reviewing variances
  • A spirited team player
