Position Overview:


The Network Administrator is responsible for installation, maintenance and support of network and communication infrastructure to ensure the operation of global networks in order to provide performance and availability for its users, such as staff, customers and suppliers.

Additional Job Description

Provide support to Sr. Network Administrator for any expansion and/or relocation networking requirements for call center and support groups within the organization and ensures that all networking requirements are meet, based on TIP standards and reliability. Coordinates with Telecommunication Service Providers and/or Vendors for acquisition and timely delivery of needed equipment and technical support. Assists and coordinates with the IT COE Manager, Special Projects Manger, and general I.T. Management in networking requirements for call center / company expansion.
