The Strategic Account Director is a dynamic and diverse role comprising both Account Management responsibility for a defined book of value existing customer relationships, and responsibility for establishing and leading a successful end-to-end outbound sales process from planning, lead generation and proposal management through completed sales to support TIAI’s in-market growth. 


You will do this by:

  • Functioning as a leader and revenue owner with accountability for customer relationships, and revenue growth. 

  • Managing the entire sales cycle across our portfolio of service offerings with a particular focus on CV, AV and all other TIAI offerings.

  • Maintaining current business and increasing customer share of wallet by expanding into new buying centers and customer-funded programs by leveraging all TIAI solution & services, including Playment and Computer Vision (CV) and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) growth opportunities.

  • Offering your prospects “thought leadership” and valuable industry insight.

  • Optimizing TIAI / Playment’s go-to-market strategies and tactics in your region. 

  • Maintaining our profitable growth and executing on overarching sales and corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive or Solutions Engineer at an enterprise level.

  • Sales Experience with successfully negotiating and closing $1M+ contracts.

  • Experience with complex enterprise technical requirements and suggesting custom solutions, from prospecting to close and onboarding.

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong financial, business and data analytics acumen.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related field.

  • Experience working with Global AI, Workforce Solutions, or enterprise software or services companies.

  • Sales experience in AI, Annotation or similar data training services, Autonomous Vehicles, or Computer Vision

  • Experience working in a start-up or hyper scaler environment

  • Knowledge of Human Machine Interaction specifically Machine Learning fundamentals


Travel Required:

  • Up to 25% travel within the United States as needed
