Description and Requirements
Manage day to day operations during a shift as per the defined operating procedures.
drive the support team to work on the tasks by respecting the defined priority.
Continuous improvement: Analyze the supported items on a regular basis, to keep improving the support process/efficiency, provide proactive product improvements recommendation to product team to help to improve the product operation efficiency, user experience, to avoid user mistakes etc.
supervising the team to work on assigned cases
Monitor Team's production
Provide mentorship and coaching to team
Ensure SLA are met and maintain DSR of the various tasks.
Requirements:
Candidates must be agreed to work in 12*5 rotational shift mode.(CANADA HRS)
Experience in handling a Team of min. 10 -15 resources.
Experience in handling Global customers.
Must have cross cultural competencies.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Shifts (5 Days: 5 PM to 2 AM / 8 PM to 5 AM).
Additional Job Description
Must possess good verbal written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
