IT, Operations Analyst II - Torre Pradera

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.

  • Support users remotely

  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.

  • Respond to enquiries from internal clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.

  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.

Requirements:

  • Be able to participate in our 24 X 7 rotation schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) - Required

  • Able to work on-site - Required

  • Living within city perimeters - Required

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

  • English - B1 - Required

  • Knowledge of Virtualization technologies under Windows and Linux - Required

  • Technology monitoring skills - Desirable

  • IT Support Experience - Desirable

  • Google Workspace knowledge - Desirable

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Required

  • Strong IT troubleshooting (Hardware/Software and Networking) -  Required 

Studies & Experience:

  • Two years of studies in Computer Systems Engineering or related careers and certifications. - Desirable

  • Proven Experience PC skills (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance) - Required

  • Active directory and network basics - Desirable

Additional Job Description

IT Operations Analyst is responsible to provide first line helpdesk support to internal clients and administrations staff  in assisting them with hardware and software problems and making sure that the systems are working properly according to company standard.
