TELUS International AI is looking for a Community Engagement Administrator in Ballina.

This role will involve working directly with a global work from home community across different countries.  The primary focus of this role will be to drive overall engagement levels of the crowd and to support them in their day to day needs.  This is a fast-paced role, which requires great attention to detail.  This role will be based on-site in Ballina, Co. Mayo.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day support to an online global community of individuals
  • Responding in a timely and professional manner to a high volume of inbound email queries daily
  • Carrying out of periodic phone calls to our community members
  • Updating and tracking of data/information and compiling of weekly reports, where a methodical approach to routine tasks is required
  • Compilation of periodic surveys and analysis of results
  • Working on new initiatives to improve and enhance existing global communications
  • Participating in weekly interactive webinar sessions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that deadlines and targets are always achieved

Candidates Must Have:
  • Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administration background is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel is required for this role
  • Experience and familiarity using the internet and email
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work is required for this role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 3rd level qualification or equivalent qualification in a Business Discipline
  • 2-3 years administration experience working in a global/multinational background is an advantage
