A typical day:

  • Ensure player satisfaction by responding to the player’s complaints and disputes
  • Perform investigation and documentation of game exploits, bugs, and similarly other issues in the online gaming world
  • Ensure all players follow gaming rules and regulations
  • Manage gaming operations and report game status to management on a daily basis
  • Monitor disturbances and imbalances during games and provide corrective solutions

If you have:

  • Fluency in Czech and a good command of English
  • Gaming experience - you have played games and you can relate to a player’s concept, community, and mindset
  • Player empathy and understanding a player’s perspective when tackling their issues
  • Understanding of Player Support
  • Desire to help the players as best as possible and to contribute to the team’s success
