Qualification Specialist

We are recruiting a Qualification Specialist to join our Qualification team. 

The purpose of the Qualification team is to provide support and assistance to those going through the qualification process.  As a cross-functional team, this opportunity involves managing requests from multiple functions, critical thinking and high levels of adaptability.


  • Create and validate qualification processes 

  • Achieve project targets and drive progress by building engagement 

  • Provide daily support via email to those within the qualification process

  • Accurately record daily progress of projects

  • Gather and analyze data following the metrics  

  • Identify trends and patterns within statistical data

  • Supporting business process workflows within the team. 

  • Prepare weekly reports to set standards, gathering information from various sources 

  • Seek out opportunities to improve processes


  • Solution based approach

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Methodical and organized with your workload

  • Strong administrative skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace

  • Can work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and can adapt to changing workloads

  • Familiarity with Learning Management and Project Management systems advantageous
