Description and Requirements
The Service Request Analyst will support the delivery group regarding Service Requests, Change Requests & Management Process, ensuring effective Service Management. Will facilitate organizational change and service requests, follow up with different departments, and provide status updates on requests.
Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure effectiveness and quality of Service Management process. Identify, assign, and coordinate timelines. Provide effective coordination with other departments.
- Ensure that all open Service Requests are updated to reflect all activities carried out. Identify the participants and facilitate process flow for resolution of requests.
- Track, update and document all Service Requests per structured format. Provide input to Service Management for prioritization and impact analysis.
- Facilitate the Service Request flow volume and plan for appropriate resources.
- Monitor the key performance targets of the process.
