Are you a passionate Software Quality Assurance Analyst with a proven track record in performance testing? Do you thrive in identifying and optimizing application bottlenecks to deliver seamless user experiences? If so, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in JMeter and related tools to become a champion for application performance:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts (UI & API) using JMeter/BlazeMeter for enterprise applications.
  • Perform performance engineering and improvement activities to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
  • Craft complex test scenarios in JMeter to simulate real-world usage patterns and load conditions.
  • Utilize monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk) to analyze application logs and pinpoint performance issues.
  • Analyze system metrics such as CPU utilization, memory usage, network traffic, garbage collection, and database parameters to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Generate performance reports including graphs, session reports, and documentation to facilitate analysis and communication of results.
  • Collaborate effectively with business and application teams to improve overall system performance.
  • Manage the performance testing lifecycle independently from planning and execution to reporting and improvement initiatives.
To be successful, you'll possess:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing with a strong focus on JMeter (4.0 and above).
  • Solid understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) to enhance test automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (if applicable).
