Description and Requirements

The successful Sourcing Administrator will join the Global Sourcing Team.  This is an exciting role that involves the Sourcing Administrator liaising with our candidate community on a daily basis.  You will be working to achieve weekly/monthly sourcing targets. 



  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Screening of online global application forms and candidate profiles for their suitability to the role.
  • Screening & follow up of questionnaires from applicants.
  • Tracking and updating of candidate profiles and information – accuracy & attention to detail is crucial for the role.
  • Daily correspondence with applicants around the globe via email.

General Skills & Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Language studies/ Management / Human Resources / Marketing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – targets will be measured at both the individual and group level.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a key requirement for this role
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Excellent English skills and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Social Media Channels knowledge and experience
  • Experience working in recruitment / sourcing / talent acquisition / HR is a distinct advantage

Technical skills & Expectations:

  • Proficiency using word-processing and spreadsheets programs
  • Experience and familiarity using Internet for searches, GSuite, Outlook, shared mailboxes
  • Experience using applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems
  • Experience in SAP E-recruit is a plus
