Business Intelligence Developer JD

  • Develop BI solutions in line with the TI Standard Offering Reporting Definition for newly launched accounts
  • Creates relational data models (Kimball/Inmon methodologies), builds dashboards and leads the “unit-testing” stage of BI Development (i.e. testing overall functionality of BI tool and ensuring data accuracy)
  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team through development iterations to develop a knowledge and understanding of Database Design Principles.
  • Assists and observes the Junior BI Developer in the creation of data cubes and dashboards to further his/her own development.
  • Assists and observes the Junior BI Solutions Analyst in the creation of draft data model / solution design documentation
  • Attends trainings conducted by Senior BI Solutions Analyst / Senior BI Solutions Developer and other online trainings required to ensure his/her continuous learning & development.
  • Provides Tier 1 Help Desk Support and assists in trouble-shooting and resolving issues reported or flagged by End-Users
  • Documents all tickets or issues reported by End-Users using SNOW (Service Now) tool and ensures they are flagged, resolved or assigned to the appropriate parties (i.e. Tier 2, BI Solutions Delivery or Data Warehouse Team) for proper resolution.


Data Quality Analyst JD

  • Be the data management expert, engaging with leadership and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of good data management practice across the business.

  • Work with business stakeholders to define and then execute the data management governance model, including data ownership and data quality standards

  • Understand business processes that are driven by the use of data, to document the data lifecycle and to ensure that this lifecycle complies with data quality standards.

  • Be the primary advocate for good data management (including standard and governance) and use, utilising great communications and persuasion skills.

  • Maintain relationships with all data users, actively driving engagement, adoption and usage – and providing processes, training and support to ensure data quality standards are maintained.

  • Help build positive relationships with our operation teams and client POC’s to ensure that KPI objectives are met from a data management perspective (not technology ownership).

  • Help to establish good reporting knowledge with key stakeholders to enable the business to report on KPIs for customer engagement, data quality, management of contact/customer activities and overall adoption of good data management practices.

  • Data input validation to preclude the entering of invalid data

  • Error detection/data validation to identify errors in data transmission: Human error, Unintended transfer errors & Misconfigurations and security errors.

  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team through development iterations to develop a knowledge and understanding of Database Design Principles.

  • Train all newly promoted Team Leads on Sisense

  • Complete Weekly Touch Points with New Hires for minimum 4 Weeks.

  • Gather Enhancement Requests from Ops Management

  • Participate in 6 week post go-live performance monitoring plans: Weekly Program Check-In’s with AGM and TL’s, Supporting Bottom Quartile PM’s with Performance Management of low performing Team
    Leads, Sisense Refresher Training Workshops & Sisense Pulse Reports Configuration.

  • Provides Tier 1 Help Desk Support and assists in trouble-shooting and resolving issues reported or flagged by End-Users.

  • Responsible for the delivery of Usage Analytics Reporting.

  • Documents all tickets or issues reported by End-Users using SNOW (Service Now) tool and ensures they are flagged, resolved or assigned to the appropriate parties (i.e. Tier 2, BI Solutions Delivery or Data Warehouse Team) for proper resolution.
