Zusätzliche Stellenbeschreibung

  • Responsible for the day to day operations and resolutions of all escalated issues in FIFA and Copper Order Management systems. 
  • Team members would be working through a list of customers that MDM has matched as potentially being the same person but without 100% confidence. 
  • Look up the accounts on the agent applications and determine if in their opinion their match is valid, not valid, or needs further investigation by the MDM team. 
  • Basic skills but very important that they have good analytical skills to make these determinations since they could be customer impacting
