Experience with application/platform support, system troubleshooting, incident/problem management
Development skills in Java.
Communication skills with all levels and teamwork spirits are essential.
Proactive with good analytical, abstraction and organization skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a time pressured environment.
Should have worked or ready to work an on-call rotation.
Have created team performance reports.
Excellent Communication skill.
Technologies & Skills Required :
Technologies (Optional for Onshore but highly desired for Offshore)- Java Spring boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Camunda, MongoDB, jolt, and XSLT java libraries, Kafka (or any Queue Management tool).
Functional knowledge: Web Services (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CI/CD, Thread Management, Certificate management, Incident Management.
Support Tool: Splunk, AppDynamics (or any similar Analytical tools they have worked to capture logs and performance), GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory (optional).
OS: Linux/Unix (this is a must). Windows.
Database: Oracle, SQL Server (Optional).
