Responsible for the planning & successful delivery of HR related projects (global or regional) involving system/process/policy changes, upgrades, enhancements or compliance driven initiatives.
Responsible for coordinating activities of the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing and managing schedules to ensure project is delivered on time, on budget and within the agreed scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Defines project scope and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined objectives to meet business needs and direction.
- Applies strong project management techniques and skills in the implementation of the solution.
- Accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other project managers applying strong leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.
Accomplishes the following duties independently:
Manages all aspects of the project (or portion of a larger project) over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
Defines project scope and objectives, secures appropriate resources, develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project
Manages project financials; Ensures control of project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
Ensures deliverables adhere to quality standards
Communicates project status effectively
