Now we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team. 

Job Description

  • Provides advice to the Management team on employee engagement, retention, performance management, disciplinary issues, recognition, and other HR-related topics

  • Conducts retention meetings with the team members

  • Coordinates, organizes, and conducts onboarding meetings for company team members

  • Coordinates, organizes, conducts, and reports the gathered feedback from the exit and stay interviews processes in the company

  • Organizes, coordinates, communicates, and promotes company benefits and motivational activities

  • Plans and organizes motivational activities for the company team members

  • Participates in the performance review process

  • Supports team members in HR-related questions including development, company events, benefits, learning opportunities, etc.

  • Administrates Workday processes in the role of HR Business Partner; Provides support to the company disciplinary process


  • Residency in İzmir

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar field

  • Previous experience in Workday will be considered as advantage

  • Higher education in the related field

  • 2 years of professional experience in motivating, retaining, and engaging employees

  • Excellent level of English - at least B2 level according to the accepted European standards

  • Very well-developed skills in time management, communication, and teamwork

  • Very well-developed organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent computer skills - experience with MS Office, Windows
