Job Description

This role will involve working directly with a global work from home community across different countries.  The primary focus of this role will be to drive overall engagement levels of the crowd and to support them in their day to day needs.  You will also have responsibility for coming up with new and exciting ways to motivate, engage and retain members of the community.  You will work directly with the project managers to ensure customer deliverables are achieved.  This will be a fast-paced role which requires drive and determination.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a high level of engagement amongst the community with a specific focus on driving up activity levels

  • Focus on community retention and maintaining stability where possible 

  • Participate in interactive webinar sessions to the community and create new webinar content when required 

  • Collaborate with Content/Media Team to create new and engaging community videos/content 

  • Monitor online social media posts to gage overall community sentiment

  • Compile different community reward/incentive programs, analyze & issue results

Customer Focus:

  • Take program related suggestions forward and assist in the creation and implementation of new content to share with the community

  • Interact and liaise directly with the customer if required through email/calls etc…

  • Analysis of customer data/reports and follow up with key action items 

  • Present data in slide format in a simple and concise manner if required 


  • Enhance & evolve existing communications with our online global community to ensure that their overall experience is a positive and engaging one 

  • Ensure that all inbound queries are responded to in a timely & professional manner 

  • Compile & issue out large volumes of communication to on-line community

  • Create & issue out ad hoc surveys, compile & analyze results.  Share insights with the wider team.


  • Contribute & share insights in team meetings with functional managers/team leads etc…

  • Roll out ‘soft’ engagement initiatives which foster a culture of community care and wellness

Education & Experience:

  • Primary degree in a Business or similar discipline

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a Community Engagement Environment supporting a remote online community across countries 

  • Research experience including conducting of surveys and data analysis is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential
