As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect your goal is to work actively to drive, and
manage the Technology Evaluation Stage of the Sales Process. You will work in partnership
with the Sales Teams as the key Technical Consultant, and Product Advocate for TELUS
International’s portfolio of Automation products and services.

You will do this by:
  • Consulting, leading customer discovery sessions, customer presentations, responding to bids, RFPs/RFIs, delivering POCs, customer demos, and building a compelling business case that is aligned to customer’s use case to drive customer success
  • Communicating and positioning the business benefits of the TELUS International Digital Solutions RPA Services
  • Formulate recommendations with attention to a client’s strategy, capabilities, and limitations
  • Serve as Pre-Sales Subject Matter Expert for key technologies, specifically: Automation, chat bots, Robotic Process Automation, RPAaaS etc.

You are the kind of person who is/has:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing creative solution presentations
  • Knowledge and practical experience leveraging frameworks and models to document the customer’s current state, strategy, roadmap, and value creation
  • Be able to articulate proposals and return on investment to operations management and executive buyers

Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Service Desk environments
  • Able to get certified on Automation product suites, willing to get it if they don't have already

Remote position located in North America
