You will become a part of the global team that focuses its attention on positively impacting  experiences that customers have when interacting with our client’s platform. As a member of our Ad Review team, you will ensure quality review and help create a seamless advertisements’ approval process for our client’s platform. 

Competencies and Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail -  You will be expected to have high attention to small details in your ads approval process, making sure that ads abide by our creative, legal and technical requirements. You will be data driven and have the ability to see and identify creative trends. Decisive, independant, decision maker.

Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will achieve your daily productivity while ensuring a high level of quality in each case that you review. 

Adaptability - You will be required to be flexible to meet changing business needs. You will easily adapt to changes in processes and workflows with an ability to navigate grey and evolving policy areas.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French

  • Ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Previous customer service/content review experience is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company 

  • Strong sense of Western culture, worldwide events, and pop culture 

  • Confidentiality and adherence to data protection, workflows and policies

  • A basic understanding of mobile advertising delivery processes  is an advantage
