As a member of our Business Support team, you will be providing post-sales chat and email support for the client’s advertisers, ensuring the maximum experience of the customers. You will troubleshoot and provide information and solutions to customers with the highest standards of professional customer care.

You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests and queries.

Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will be maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and adhering to service level agreements when dealing with the customer’s queries.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • 1+ year of previous customer support experience is a must
  • Available to work night shifts 7.30pm-7am across the full week (some working weekends)
  • There will also be an additional shift premium of 25% added for any hours worked between 10pm to 7am.
  • Experience in providing technical support and basic technical troubleshooting to users or businesses is preferred
  • A customer support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others
  • Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
  • Exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills (high attention to details)
  • Ability to focus in a dynamic work environment and thrive while responding to evolving product inquiries
  • Great judgement and ability to problem-solve both with peers and independently
  • Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and digital media
  • Experience providing Business to Business (B2B) Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector or social media
  • Experience reading and modifying JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or XML - good to have
