Description and Requirements

As a Business Analyst you will conduct user acceptance testing for Business Wireline end to end value chain) which starts with SalesForce, with Odyssey as our sales platform. You will have the opportunity to learn the value chain from the subject matter experts. Our projects are highly technical in nature, you will be able to work equally well with both technical and non-technical teams to focus on improving processes and systems. Here’s how:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Business Validation Testing on in flight projects, including the review of functional requirements, writing and executing test cases, and detailed reporting for utilization by key stakeholders

  • Employing your balance of technical knowledge and business acumen you will deliver quality documentation linking to requirements and project outcomes

  • With a focus on delivering customer value in a creative and dynamic environment you will be for applying change management techniques

  • SalesForce administrative configuration, focusing on ‘Clicks not Code’

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Proficiency in French language a highly valued asset

  • A creative thinker with sharp inquisitive nature and problem solving skills

  • Known for your ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency plans

  • Respected for your skill to concentrate efforts on those activities and priorities most related to attaining results

  • Talented at documenting business rules, business cases and business case summaries


Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Integration or Business Systems Analysis

  • Experience with G Suite, MS Office

  • Experience with Jira, Quality Centre, Caliber an asset

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity of associated tools

  • Broad knowledge of business telecommunications and organizational management
