We have the perfect opportunity for you to support the Talent Acquisition Team across all reporting and recruitment admin needs.

We are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team!

  • Compile and review data relevant to our Talent Acquisition Team from across our European locations
  • Interpret analyze and assess data and trends across a variety of metrics
  • Translate complex data into easily comprehensible deliverables, including charts, models, dashboards, and presentations
  • Create reports and recommend improvements to the current business metric collection process
  • Deliver data analysis, spot data trends, and perform gap analysis
  • Cooperation across our locations and constant exchange with managers and local Talent
  • Acquisition teams understand recruitment trends and assess strategies by providing fact-based information
  • Experience in a role with a focus on analysis or HR/ recruitment is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, prioritization, and coordination skills
  • Self-initiate follow-up and follow deadlines
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships and foster ownership, innovation, and collaboration within a team
