Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, investigate and resolve inquiries/reports; check against criteria and confirm payments in adherence to commission guidelines.
  • Respond to queries on channel commission payments and work with others as required.
  • Process adjustments and reversals through system input.
  • Update associated files.
  • Validation of Hardware so as units will be paid only once
  • Investigate Retail inquiries, ensuring their payments with adherence to Retail guidelines
  • Recovering overpayments

Results or Outcome

  • Accurate resolution of commission payment errors in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Queries from channel partners, sales representatives and others are responded to in accordance with established procedures.
