Position Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will contribute to the implementation and administration of Compensation programs across multiple geographic regions.
As a result of TI’s ongoing growth, the ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic organizations and multi-country collaboration experience.
Administration of Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) for executives
Provide back-end support on enrollments and purchases
Prepare grant files for all new equity grants
Manage relations with third-party administrators (i.e. Computershare)
Lead and direct contact for relationship with compensation vendors
Respond to all team member queries pertinent to their shares or grants
Prepare/gather data as required by various departments/contacts
Sales Compensation
Provide support in the plan design, analytics and payout administration
Maintain and manage incentive platform
Perform with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits and complex calculations.
Maintain payout database and process documentation related to the equity programs and sales compensation plans
Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Collaborate with legal, finance and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, grant process and management reports
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any field
Two (2) to Three (3) years of Payroll/Accounting/Compensation and Benefits or other HR related professional experience. Work experience preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry
Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
Very good verbal and written communication skills
