The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefit strategies, practices and processes. You will be a key influencer for our Operations, HR and other stakeholders in the business. The ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic organizations, has Compensation & Benefits or HR experience and a proven track record of key stakeholder management at senior levels.
● Develop & implement compensation & benefit structures across the organization
● Ensure competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate team members
● Provide HR & Business Leader consultancy on C&B philosophy, programs & policies
● Ensure compliance with local government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
● Contributes to an annual market pricing review process & annual pay budgeting process
● Takes part in ensuring smooth Annual Performance Review process for the organization
● Supporting and advising senior managers in their decisions about compensation packages
REQUIREMENTS
● Fluency in English and German
● Minimum 2 years of Compensation, HR or Finance experience
● Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, highly PC literate
● Knowledge of HRIS (Workday an advantage)
● Knowledge of Mercer/Hay job evaluation methodology (nice to have)
● Experience in analyzing data
