We are looking for advanced speakers of Hungarian, to represent the very well-known company in the television industry: M7! 

 

This position inside TELUS International is offering you the chance to advance in your career! 

 

 

Here are the requirements for this position:  


  • Advanced level (C1/C2) of Hungarian and Romanian; 
  • The schedule will be in 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, between 0900-2100;
  • On weekends, the shifts will be between 1100-2100;
  • Training from the office in Brasov;
  • Hybrid work model.
  • PC operating skills

  • Highschool diploma

  • Creative solutions for problems

  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) 

  • Having experience in a similar position represents an advantage 

 

Responsibilities  

 

  • This position requires offering information to the clients present in the database

  • Taking over phone calls

  • Written communication via e-mail, chat, and other administrative tasks after the training period
