Your task:

- Phone support for new and existing customers in the order service

- Various inbound and outbound activities

- Support of the clients web shop

- Answering customer enquiries on the topics of exchanges, invoices, returns, as well as stock and delivery information

What we expect:

- Communication and sales talent with very good Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian language skills. 

- Passion in customer service and an empathetic approach to dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries

- Familiarity with common PC and Internet applications

- Solution and goal-oriented approach backed with argumentation skills

- Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team

- Confident and friendly manner
