Description and Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

  • Must have 7-9 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

  • Experience developing apps in Java and Kotlin (preferred) Experience working with Android studio and tooling used for build process Experience writing test cases for code.

  • Experience working with version control systems preferably Git/Github.

  • Design pattern understanding e.g. MVVM, MVP and MVI Dependency injection(DI) Experience integrating third party libraries.

  • Experience with deploying build to Google play is a plus.

  • Jira knowledge is a plus.

  • Must possess good verbal written communication skills.

  • Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Must be aware of common information security principles and practices.
