Description and Requirements

  • We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us establish basic infrastructure for an enterprise level application. 

  • The duties comprise Generate Leads/meetings using Email Campaign, Cold Calling, Social Media outreach etc. 

  • This professional also needs to Establish contacts with the CXO level people like CIO, VP,  Directors. 

  • He/she is accountable for Set up an appointment with the sales rep located in US/Canada. He/she Should be comfortable working in US time zones as well.

  • Build a quality database using tools like zoominfo, Sales navigator. 

  • Generate Leads/meetings using Email Campaign, Cold Calling, Social Media outreach. 

  • Create and run Email campaigns on a regular basis and maintain track of them.

  • Establish contacts with the CXO level people like CIO, VP,  Directors

  • Set up an appointment with the sales rep located in US/Canada

  • Prepare and present a weekly/monthly report.

  • Must have good experience in creating databases using tools like zoominfo.

  • Have 5-8 years of experience in outbound Lead Generation /Demand Generation / Business Development for technology services in the North American and Canada market. 

  • Must have a good understanding of inside sales outreach methods. 

  • Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Should be comfortable working in US time zones.

  • Should have good Email etiquette and B2B calling with excellent communication skills. 

Additional Job Description

  • Prior experience in selling IT solutions and services will be added advantage

  • Must have the ability to organize and manage prospects/leads database

  • Must have exposure towards North American Market Experience in his current role.
