Description and Requirements

  • Responsible for implementing a mix of communication strategies and tactics that help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions to support TELUS International Digital Solutions’ positioning and recruiting goals. 

  • Contributes to the creation of content to populate media channels for both internal and external audiences, as well as delivering periodic performance reports to derive key insights on the industry’s trends and behavior. 

  • The Communications Analyst II is responsible for working closely with the customers and Communications team to develop creative campaign concepts for internal and external communications that convey messages that are clear, short, and attractive to the targeted audiences. 

  • Creates digital communications to support internal or external communications, including but not limited to web and social media materials, video productions, event photography, motion graphics, animations, mailings, presentations, etc. 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of the overall editorial content schedules. 

  • Planning, producing, scheduling, and publishing, and/or distributing written or audiovisual content. 

  • Conducting research, running surveys and focus groups to gather actionable information to effectively distribute marketing communications across Indian and the Middle East audiences.

  • Deliver reports on user activity of social media sites, in order to feed the KPIs established for the department Writing speeches, articles, and talk tracks Address internal or external communication needs from the Talent Acquisition team for Digital Solutions in India and Middle East regions, in order to support all efforts in attracting top-level talent and achieving class completion targets Laying out ads and budget placement strategies ensuring appropriate setup, pacing, and optimization of campaigns. 

  • Defining targeting tactics aligned to overall digital media strategies and business objectives. 

  • Build reports on campaign performance, providing internal and client teams with insights or optimization recommendations.

  • Advanced Competency in digital advertising campaigns execution, insights platforms and KPIs for major social media and web ads administrators (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram for Business, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc)

  • Intermediate Knowledge and experience in community management (social networks).

  • Advanced Knowledge about the social media landscape, able to keep up-to-date on platform developments Google Suite, especially Google Spreadsheets (including operations such as vlookup functions, pivot tables, etc.), Docs, Slides and Google sites.

  • Required Knowledge and experience in writing articles .

  • Advanced Use of camera and general knowledge of photography and image processing.

  • Intermediate General knowledge about recruiting strategies.

  • Desirable Studies Experience: Graduate or senior year student of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.

  • Required Minimum 3 years experience in the management of social communities online, or Communications or Marketing Assistant.

  • Desirable Completed online Courses of IAspire Essentials (12 Courses) - Mandatory.
