We are seeking a seasoned Pega Architect to spearhead the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications for our esteemed company. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in deploying large-scale Pega projects. This encompasses architecting BPM applications, seamless integration of web services, designing robust data models and frameworks, and adeptly gathering and translating business analysis requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your extensive 8+ years of Software Development experience, including a commendable 4+ years dedicated to Pega PRPC, within an impressive overall IT career spanning 12-15+ years.
  • Demonstrate your proven track record as a Pega Architect, showcasing your ability to architect and design PEGA solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Apply your exceptional mastery of PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology to streamline and optimize project workflows.
  • Harness your expertise in Pega 7.x, utilizing your familiarity with the platform's capabilities to deliver effective solutions.
  • Showcase your Pega certifications, including the prestigious CLSA designation, underscoring your commitment to excellence in Pega architecture and design.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in Agile development, coupled with the ability to guide application design, software development, and thorough testing.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale systems, showcasing your prowess in orchestrating complex projects.
  • Leverage your domain knowledge in Credit Card Disputes, utilizing your industry insights to enhance Pega applications within this specialized area.
  • Drive your relentless hunger for learning, constantly staying abreast of new technologies and translating them into tangible software solutions.
  • Exhibit your exceptional communication skills, effectively conveying technical concepts to both internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of the Telecom domain to elevate our Pega applications, leveraging this specialized knowledge to drive innovation.

  • Craft comprehensive functional designs, skillfully construct Class Hierarchies and Object Models, and define effective Test Strategies.
  • Demonstrate your prowess in designing and architecting PEGA solutions, efficiently addressing customer challenges and driving project success.
  • Contribute to the creation of project roadmaps, outlining the strategic trajectory for project execution.
  • Provide exemplary technical leadership to project teams, ensuring the realization of high-quality solutions.
  • Champion the enforcement of best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding, establishing a foundation for scalable and efficient applications.
  • Showcase familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB, bolstering your technical toolkit for comprehensive project development.
  • Exhibiting your capability to lead multiple PEGA project implementations, elevating your team's expertise through effective mentoring and training.
  • Execute Business architecture blueprints within Pega PRPC, utilizing the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology.
  • Leverage your familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in coding languages, including Angular JS, Java, and jQuery, and showcase your adeptness with web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
  • Provide steadfast leadership in Pega Business architecture and functional requirements, ensuring high-quality and effective solutions.
  • Anchor vital Requirement Discussions with both Business and IT Stakeholders, orchestrating effective communication channels.
